Your personal information is very important to me. I respect the information you share with me and in accordance with new data protection regulations, I have set out our policy on how I collect and handle that information.
This privacy policy explains how I collect and handle your personal data. This includes information that you tell me, what I learn from you and the choices you make about the marketing you want me to send to you. This policy explains how I do this, what your rights are and how the law protects you.

Where I collect your personal information from:
Data that you give me when you make an enquiry, when you sign my terms and conditions, or when you complete a registration form to use my services. Additionally, when you comment on posts on my Facebook page or Instagram account. Data from third parties that I work with. Companies and individuals that introduce you to me.

Your privacy is protected by law, and I only share information that you give me with your express permission, and in matters directly related to the services which you purchase from me.

I will share your data if I am under a duty to disclose it in order to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect my rights, or in order to enforce or apply my terms of use, property, or safety, my clients, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection.
Failure to provide personal data:
Where I need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract and you fail to provide that data when requested, I may not be able to perform the contract in place (or are entering into) with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service that you are booking with me. I will notify you if this is the case at the time.
Data security:
I have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, I limit access to your personal data to those who have a business need to know.
How long do I keep your personal information:
I will keep your personal information for as long as you are my client. After you stop being a client, I will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to meet the specific requirements of any business licences, and the requirements for HMRC reporting which is seven years from the date that the contract is terminated.
Marketing:
I may use your personal information to tell you about relevant services. I can only use your personal information to send you marketing messages if I have either your consent or a legitimate interest to do so. You can ask me to stop sending you marketing messages at any time – you just need to contact me or use the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you.
I do not share your data with third parties for the purpose of marketing.
Your rights:
You can ask for a copy of the personal information that I hold about you, by contacting me and requesting the information. I shall do my best to provide you with the information within two weeks of the request.
You have the right to query any information I hold about you that you think is wrong or incomplete. Please contact me and we will make sure to correct it.
Making a complaint:
Please let me know if you are unhappy with how I have used your personal information by contacting me using the email address detailed within this document. You also have a right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office. You can find their contact details at www.ico.org.uk.
